Shipping took 2.5 weeks to deliver, then we have 1 support bar that is the wrong size so we can't finish assembly. This pool is deep enough for us and spacious enough for all 5 of us and kid's toys. I feel like that could take 2 adults or more to make it even easier. The hardest part was smoothing out the wrinkles as the pool fills up. I ordered it the Saturday before Memorial day and it arrived by June 10th! It only took my husband about 2 maybe 3 hours to put together, with out 9 yr old daughters help :) We didn't have any missing parts and the instructions were very simple.
